This site is dedicated to providing information for members of the Vinings Vintage homeowners association. Vinings Vintage is a small community of homes just off of highway 78 in Mableton. Currently under construction, Vinings Vintage is expected to contain over 250 homes from the high 200's to mid 300's. Association fees are currently $400 and include access to the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse.

Mableton, a suburb of Atlanta, was created in 1843 when Robert Mable bought 300 acres of land for a farm and school. Mableton was the site of Civil War strife; the Chattahoochee being the front of General Joe Johnston's River Line where Union troops were held off until July 5, 1864.

Mableton and the greater western border area of Atlanta is undergoing revitalization as one of the last areas convenient to downtown while still maintaining affordability.
